  • If you are a company then during the documents verification if your company documents are false or your company was dissolved we will again be entitled to retain your holding deposit or do a deduction accordingly.
  • The Landlords and tenants will usually have two weeks to enter into a tenancy agreement. The ‘deadline for agreement’ is the 15th day after the holding deposit.
  • After deposit, if tenant didn’t reply within 24 hours, we’ll be entitled to retain the deposit. 
  • If tenant hide their information, for example; number of children, relationship status, documents, and change their mind regarding tenancy agreement period, less than 3 months, we’ll be entitled to retain their deposit.
